WYN Sweep

Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WYN Sweep mobile application (the “App”), operated by WYN Sweep LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

 

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

 

 

 

 

1. ELIGIBILITY

 

 

To use the App you must:

 

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Be a legal resident of the United States, excluding New York and Florida

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

 

 

The App is void where prohibited by law.

 

By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 

 

 

 

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

 

 

To access certain features, you must create an account.

 

You agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

 

 

You may not:

 

  • Create multiple accounts

  • Create accounts for others

  • Transfer or sell your account

 

 

WYN Sweep LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

 

 

 

 

3. SWEEPSTAKES PARTICIPATION

 

 

WYN Sweep offers promotional sweepstakes governed by the Official Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms.

 

Participation constitutes acceptance of those rules.

 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

 

Winners are selected randomly from eligible entries.

 

Odds depend on the number of entries received.

 

 

 

 

4. ENTRIES AND OPTIONAL FEATURES

 

 

 

Entry Methods

 

 

Users may obtain entries through:

 

  • Free in-app participation

  • Reward systems and gameplay features

  • Promotional bonuses

  • Optional purchases (where permitted)

  • Optional memberships (see Section 8)

 

 

Entries may be automatically applied to eligible active sweepstakes based on user activity or account status.

 

All entries are treated equally in winner selection.

 

 

 

 

Free Participation

 

 

At least one free method of entry is always available.

 

Participation in sweepstakes does not require:

 

  • Payment

  • Purchases

  • Viewing advertisements

 

 

 

 

 

Reward Systems

 

 

The App includes optional reward systems that may grant entries.

 

These systems:

 

  • Operate on timers or app interaction

  • Provide randomized rewards

  • May include optional enhancements

 

 

Use of these systems does not guarantee winning.

 

 

 

 

Optional Advertisement Features

 

 

The App may offer optional rewarded advertisements.

 

Viewing advertisements:

 

  • Is not required to enter, participate in, or win any sweepstakes

  • Does not grant sweepstakes entries directly

  • Does not unlock sweepstakes participation

  • Does not guarantee winning

 

 

Advertisements function solely as optional enhancements to reward systems.

 

 

 

 

Virtual Nature of Entries

 

 

Entries:

 

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Are non-refundable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Exist solely within the App

 

 

WYN Sweep may modify entry systems, limits, or reward mechanics at any time.

 

 

 

 

5. PRIZES AND WINNERS

 

 

Prizes are awarded as described in the App and subject to verification.

 

Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in forfeiture.

 

Winners are responsible for applicable taxes.

 

Where required by law:

 

  • Winners may be required to complete IRS Form W-9

  • WYN Sweep may issue IRS Form 1099

 

 

 

 

 

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

 

 

You agree not to:

 

  • Create multiple accounts

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation

  • Manipulate entries or reward systems

  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

  • Provide false information

  • Circumvent system limits

  • Abuse advertisement or reward systems

 

 

Violations may result in:

 

  • Disqualification

  • Account suspension

  • Forfeiture of entries or prizes

  • Permanent account termination

 

 

 

 

 

7. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

 

 

The App may include third-party services, including advertisements.

 

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their performance.

 

We do not guarantee:

 

  • Advertisement availability

  • Ad loading success

  • Reward confirmation if ad verification fails

 

 

Interactions with third-party services are governed by their own policies.

 

 

 

 

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES

 

 

 

Subscriptions (Plus and Pro)

 

 

The App may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions (such as Plus or Pro memberships).

 

Subscriptions may provide:

 

  • Automatic daily entry allocations

  • Access to additional sweepstakes (including certain limited-time or promotional drawings)

  • Enhanced features or convenience

 

 

Subscriptions:

 

  • Are optional and not required to participate

  • Do not guarantee winning

  • Do not alter the fairness or randomness of drawings

 

 

All entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of how they are obtained.

 

 

 

 

Billing and Renewal

 

 

Subscriptions are billed through:

 

  • Apple App Store

  • Google Play Store

 

 

Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.

 

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

 

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device’s account settings.

 

 

 

 

Purchases

 

 

Optional purchases may also be available.

 

Purchases:

 

  • Are optional

  • Do not increase odds of winning

  • Do not guarantee winning

 

 

WYN Sweep does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds for marketplace purchases.

 

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

 

 

 

 

9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

 

 

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

 

  • Violating these Terms

  • Violating Official Rules

  • Fraud, abuse, or manipulation

 

 

Termination may result in loss of:

 

  • Entries

  • Rewards

  • Account access

  • Unclaimed prizes

 

 

 

 

 

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

 

 

We may modify or discontinue the App or features at any time.

 

We do not guarantee:

 

  • Continuous availability

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Availability of features or rewards

 

 

 

 

 

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

 

 

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

 

We make no warranties regarding:

 

  • Availability

  • Reliability

  • Error-free operation

 

 

 

 

 

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYN Sweep LLC is not liable for:

 

  • Indirect damages

  • Incidental damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of data or opportunity

 

 

 

 

 

13. INDEMNIFICATION

 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WYN Sweep LLC from claims arising from:

 

  • Your use of the App

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of Official Rules

 

 

 

 

 

14. PLATFORM DISCLAIMERS

 

 

These Terms are between you and WYN Sweep LLC only.

 

Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for:

 

  • The App

  • Sweepstakes operations

  • Prize fulfillment

  • Any claims related to the App

 

 

 

 

 

15. GOVERNING LAW

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

 

 

 

 

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

 

 

We may update these Terms at any time.

 

Updates will be posted within the App or website.

 

Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
