By participating in any WYN Sweep sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules.

 

 

 

 

1. SPONSOR

 

 

The sweepstakes are sponsored by WYN Sweep LLC, doing business as “WYN Sweep” (“Sponsor”).

 

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with:

 

  • Apple Inc.

  • Google LLC

  • AppLovin Corporation

  • Any mobile platform provider

 

 

Apple is not a sponsor and is not involved in any way with the sweepstakes.

 

 

 

 

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

 

 

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

 

A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

Participation in the sweepstakes does not require payment.

 

Viewing advertisements is optional and is not required to enter, participate in, or win any sweepstakes.

 

At least one free method of entry is always available.

 

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning.

 

 

 

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

 

 

To participate you must:

 

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Be a legal resident of the United States

  • Not reside in New York or Florida

  • Maintain a valid WYN Sweep account

  • Not be prohibited by law from participating

 

 

Employees, officers, contractors, and affiliates of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

 

Void in New York, Florida, and where prohibited by law.

 

 

 

 

4. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION

 

 

WYN Sweep offers multiple sweepstakes opportunities including:

 

  • Daily sweepstakes

  • Weekly sweepstakes

  • Monthly sweepstakes

  • Quarterly sweepstakes

 

 

Each sweepstakes has a defined entry period and one or more winners selected at random.

 

Prize amounts, number of winners, eligibility requirements, and availability may change at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

 

 

 

5. HOW TO ENTER

 

 

 

A. Free Entry (Primary Entry Method)

 

 

Users may obtain free entries through in-app participation, including:

 

  • Daily entry claims

  • Core app features

 

 

These methods are always available and do not require payment or advertisement viewing.

 

Entries obtained are automatically applied to all eligible active sweepstakes for which the user qualifies.

 

 

 

 

B. Optional Bonus Features (Advertisements & Gameplay)

 

Users may optionally engage with in-app features that enhance rewards.

 

These optional features may include:

 

  • Opening rewards

  • Viewing rewarded advertisements

  • Participating in in-app bonus mechanics

 

 

Participation in these features is entirely voluntary.

 

Viewing advertisements:

 

  • Is not required to enter, participate in, or win any sweepstakes

  • Does not grant sweepstakes entries directly

  • Does not unlock access to any sweepstakes

  • Does not guarantee winning

 

 

Advertisements function solely as optional enhancements to in-app reward mechanics.

 

These enhancements may include:

 

  • Multiplying rewards obtained from in-app features

  • Increasing reward amounts

  • Reducing wait times for gameplay mechanics

 

 

All sweepstakes entries are ultimately awarded through in-app systems and free participation methods.

 

All entries, regardless of how they are obtained, have an equal chance of winning.

 

 

 

 

C. Optional Paid Entries

 

 

Where permitted by law, users may optionally purchase entry bundles.

 

Purchasing entries:

 

  • Is not required to participate

  • Does not guarantee winning

  • Does not influence randomness

WYN Sweep may offer optional paid memberships (such as “Plus” or “Pro”).

 

Membership benefits may include:

  • Enhanced in-app features or convenience

 

 

Memberships:

 

  • Are optional and not required to participate

  • Do not guarantee winning

  • Do not alter the fairness of any drawing

 

 

All entries, whether obtained through free methods or memberships, are treated equally in winner selection.

 

 

 

 

6. REWARD SYSTEM

 

 

WYN Sweep may include in-app reward features that grant entries.

 

Key details:

 

  • Rewards may unlock over time or through app activity

  • Rewards may vary within defined ranges

  • Rewards are granted upon user action

 

 

Optional enhancements may be available within the app.

 

These features are:

 

  • Optional

  • Limited in frequency

  • Subject to daily limits

 

 

Use of these features does not guarantee winning.

 

 

 

 

7. BONUS ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES

 

 

Sponsor may offer additional entry opportunities including:

 

  • Daily bonuses

  • Streak rewards

  • Referral bonuses

  • Promotional campaigns

 

 

Bonus entries:

 

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for money

  • Do not guarantee winning

 

 

Sponsor may modify or discontinue bonus features at any time.

 

 

 

 

8. ENTRY LIMITS

 

 

Entry limits may apply per user, per day, per sweepstakes, or per promotion.

 

Limits will be displayed within the application when applicable.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to modify limits at any time.

 

 

 

 

9. ODDS OF WINNING

 

 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

 

Additional entries increase the number of chances to win but do not affect the fairness or randomness of the drawing.

 

 

 

 

10. WINNER SELECTION

 

 

Winners are selected through a randomized automated system.

 

Drawing schedule:

 

  • Daily drawings occur after the daily entry period closes

  • Weekly drawings occur after the weekly entry period closes

  • Monthly drawings occur after the monthly entry period closes

  • Quarterly drawings occur after the quarterly entry period closes

 

 

All times are based on Sponsor system time.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to adjust drawing schedules as needed.

 

 

 

 

11. WINNER NOTIFICATION

 

 

Winners may be notified via:

 

  • In-app notification

  • Email associated with the account

 

 

Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

 

 

 

 

12. PRIZE CLAIM & DELIVERY

 

 

Prizes are awarded as described in the app.

 

Sponsor may deliver prizes via digital payment methods or other means at its discretion.

 

No substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

 

Sponsor may require completion of IRS Form W-9.

 

Winners receiving $600 or more in a calendar year may receive IRS Form 1099.

 

 

 

 

13. DISQUALIFICATION

 

 

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

 

  • Violates these rules

  • Attempts to manipulate outcomes

  • Uses automation, bots, or scripts

  • Abuses systems or features

  • Engages in fraudulent activity

 

 

Sponsor decisions are final.

 

 

 

 

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

 

Sponsor is not responsible for:

 

  • Technical failures

  • Internet issues

  • Server outages

  • Advertisement availability

  • Device compatibility issues

  • Unauthorized account access

 

 

Participants release Sponsor from liability except where prohibited by law.

 

 

 

 

15. PRIVACY

 

 

User information is handled in accordance with the WYN Sweep Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

 

16. GOVERNING LAW

 

 

These sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
